Career
Aleisha loves helping people with their money. She works hard to make sure every dollar is impactful. From 2009 - 2015, she started auditing how cities and states spent money. She found the problems and fixed them!
Then, she created her own company called uProfyt in 2016. Her team helps governments, tribes, and nonprofits use money wisely. She found $1.7 billion that was lost or sitting unused!
Aleisha also teaches people about money. She shows them how to plan, save, and grow so no dollar is wasted. She even helped during big problems, like the pandemic, to make sure money helped people fast.
Now, Aleisha is a money superhero. She makes sure everyone—even kids—knows that money can change the world when we use it right. Her big dream? To help everyone have a fair chance to grow and succeed!

Giving Back
For Aleisha, the checkered flag isn’t just about winning races—it’s about crossing the finish line for kids who need a champion. Whether revving engines or raising funds, Aleisha's goal is simple: prove that every kid deserves a pit crew cheering them on.
Personal Life
Family is everything to Aleisha, married to her husband, Caleb Fiedor. October 2024, their greatest adventure began: a baby girl named Maeve was born at home which words cannot describe the beautiful moment that was. They currently live in Texas.
But Sheridan, Wyoming, remains their heart’s compass—a place where generations of stories live. For Aleisha, life’s best moments aren’t in grand achievements, but in campfire songs with Caleb, Maeve’s first giggles, and sunsets that paint the Bighorns gold.
